202020A fake Facebook page impersonating HELB allegedly directed users to make payments through unauthorised channels while claiming to offer official board services. The page administrator falsely told users that payments were being processed through HELB's official M-Pesa paybill number 202020. HELB stated that its real loan repayment paybill is 200800 and warned the public not to engage with the fake account.
