0733 303 331The reporter says i ordered a phone from him and i asked him whether his platform was safe then i later made my order he told me to pay half and after i would pay the other half after receiving my product then he later told me that there was a problem and i had to clear the whole amount then i did then after he decieved me i paid 210000rwf.
