720820I contacted Ahadi Movers via their WhatsApp number (0721 909090) to transport my household goods from Railways Go-Down to my home in Nairobi. After receiving a quotation, I paid KES 11,000 to their paybill account (720820). The transaction reference is SD579BAMK5. However, they never showed up to collect the goods. They stopped answering their phone calls and have not responded to my messages or refund requests to date. As a result of their failure to honor the agreement, I incurred additional storage charges for one extra day and was forced to use another service provider.
