Michael KiptooA man identifying himself as Michael Kiptoo allegedly called Paula Rogo on January 3, 2024, pretending to be a Safaricom employee. He reportedly used details from her M-Pesa account to sound credible and guided her through Pochi la Biashara prompts under the pretext of securing her account. Rogo says this led to unauthorized transfers and a further M-Shwari loan transfer, resulting in a total loss of Sh125,658.
