According to the report no ticket arrived; a caller then talked them through further steps that led to more payments, and requests for a refund produced only further demands for money. A total loss of KSh 53,683 is reported. ScamBusterKE opened both sites on 2026-09-24 and confirmed this address is live and advertises East Africa bus booking under the Trinity Express name, which is also used by the operator at trinityexpress.rw.
